Gym Owner

Micky Clarke

Micky Encourages a friendly gym environment, relaxed culture and atmosphere. You may often find Micky training on the gym floor in jeans and a bobble hat, or being sociable with members! (Distracting himself from his own workouts)
Micky has had an interest in the gym and training for a number of years, focusing on physical improvements as well as overall well-being.

Gym Manager

John Lucas

Ex Royal Engineers Army Diver, with a passion for the outdoors and anything adrenaline related. During his military years, he found the love for running, namely Ultra Marathons, with his most memorable ever being the West Scotland Highway (98.2 miles) in 18hrs 32mins.
Qualified as a personal trainer whilst at SCAT in 2001, whilst studying Uniform Public Service. More recently has achieved a BA (Hons) in Business Management with Open University. John owns his own business whilst supporting the development of other businesses.

Jake Donnelly

Meet Jake, our enthusiastic and dedicated addition to the gym team. With a passion for weight training, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help our members achieve their fitness goals. When he is not in the gym, you can find him casting a line at the nearest fishing spot, or admiring the majestic beauty of birds of prey in the great outdoors. With his diverse interests and commitment to fitness, he is eager to motivate and support our members on their fitness journey.

Dani Valiani

Dani has a wide variety of experience in the fitness industry ranging from ballet to competitive athletics. She has over 20 years experience in weight training and is a qualified level 4 sports injury therapist and level 3 PT. Dani has done massive amounts of research into how menopause affects training so feel free to pop in and have a chat with her.

Lisa Turner

Lisa Turner is a gym supervisor and kettlebell queen. Lisa is a qualified Level 2 PT and a Level 3 Remedial Massage Therapist also qualified in Holistic Therapy. Lisa instructs Kettlebells, Bootcamp and Spin. Feel free to pop in and have a chat with her.
